The Best Practice Forum is a strategic alliance between nine of the tourism industry’s leading trade associations, led by the British Hospitality Association.
The Forum is one of fifteen Industry Forums and a member of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Industry Forum Network. It was launched in 2001 with initial funding and support from the Government through the DTI and Department for Culture, Media and Sport.
The Forum was a direct response to the Government’s Competitiveness White Paper and sets out to disseminate best practice through its ‘Profit Through Productivity’ programmes of benchmarking and business support. You will have to sign up to use this site. See link.
