A easy to use Self-Assessment audit which allows the owner/operator to check out their establishments quality
This Self-Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ) (Word document 60Kb) is provided as a management tool to use prior to the beginning of the season and at intervals throughout the year. The SAQ is derived from feedback at the PLANED Quality Management Seminars and content from the seminar.
You can download the SAQ here. The SAQ is for your benefit, so be honest, use it as a management tool. It will be to the benefit of your business. Most of all it will be to the benefit of your customers.
This SAQ has been developed for the small owner/operator in the tourist accommodation sectors including the caravan and camping. Other from the visitor attraction and retail sectors will find certain sections as relevant.
