More SUCCESS THROUGH YOUR PEOPLE
This ‘More Success through your people’ toolkit aims to assist you to achieve business success through making the most of the skills and talents of your workforce. It has been produced by the Tourism Training Forum for Wales to assist organisations in all sectors of the tourism industry in Wales.
The toolkit includes topics that are essential for all tourism organisations – from micro businesses with only one or two employees to much larger organisations. It can also assist operators considering the employment of staff for the first time.
The topics covered complement those featured in the ‘Success through your people’ toolkit.

At the end of each section, there are two case studies drawn from tourism businesses across Wales. These are designed to showcase best practice and give real life examples of action being taken by employers to achieve success through people.
The toolkit includes a ‘Who can help?’ section to provide contact details for organisations that may be able to assist tourism businesses across Wales. It also contains a range of additional materials, including sample policies for you to adapt to the needs of your organisation.
