ACCEPTING CREDIT CARDS

Many customers want to be able to pay with credit cards – whichever way you look at it - this will involve an investment in time and money on your part to facilitate. You need to analyse the benefits for your business to establish whether this will be a good move for you.The first people to talk to would be your bank. You may also wish to consider using an online credit card payment solution.

For many small operators the acceptance of credit cards may not be a viable proposition. Check with your main bank the terms and conditions they would offer you if you were to commence accepting credit cards. It may be worth checking out an online payment solution through a company like:

http://www.paypal.com/ or http://www.worldpay.com/

as another possible way of accepting credit card payment from overseas visitors.

Many customers like to pay with credit cards.

Credit card payment is not a viable option for all businesses – it requires an investment of time and money to operate it.

You should consider Internet credit card payment facilities and don’t forget that people can pay online through the WTB Visit Wales web site.
