In an increasingly litigious society understanding your responsibilities and demonstrating due diligence is critical. Risk assessment is an important underpinning principle of health and safety practice. COSHH regulations, fire precautions, food safety/hygiene, are all areas that will impact on your business and your day to day operation and may require you to ensure that you have undertaken appropriate staff training and implement appropriate monitoring procedures, e.g. of carbon monoxide levels, and maintenance of equipment.
