Dealing with Junk and Spam Communications

There are ways of registering with organizations to stop and limit junk/spam communications.

Junk Mail

Register with the Mailing Preference Service (MPS) to stop unsolicited mail.

Phone

Stop unsolicited marketing and sales calls by registering with the Telephone Preference Service (TPS). This will NOT stop unsolicited international calls.

Spam

This is not as simple as mail and phone but registering with DMA can help. Otherwise set your spam filters and contact ISP if it becomes a problem.
